Is Xtreme Scream Park suitable for children?
No, Xtreme Scream Park is strictly for 14 years and above. ID may be required upon entry! Those aged 14 - 17 years require an adult over 18 per party. Xtreme Scream Park attractions/haunts/scare mazes, and other experiences may contain language, themes, props, and scenarios, including sexual content, street theatre and more may use language deemed offensive and or too mature for younger visitors. Are there refreshments and entertainment on the night?
Yes, a selection of hot and cold food and drinks plus a licensed bar will be available on the night. Some venders may only accept cash. Bars/food stands close earlier than attractions. Leave yourself enough time to do all 6 mazes and enjoy a bite to eat! If you have any dietary requirements please ask our food and beverage team before purchasing your order. Please note a cash machine is not available on site.

What type of footwear is suitable on the night?
Our attractions/haunts consist of different types of surfaces, therefore flat, comfortable shoes are strongly advised. (You may be refused entry into some attractions if you are wearing high heels)

Do any of your attractions/haunts contain strobe lighting, smoke machines and loud noises?
Yes all of our mazes contain at least one of these elements, if you are sensitive to these conditions please do not enter. Those who suffer from claustrophobia and have a nervous disposition are not recommended to enter.

Can I get a refund on my ticket if I don’t go in an attraction/Haunt or lose my ticket, or change my mind?
No, all tickets are non-refundable or transferable under any circumstance.

Do your Attractions/Haunts/Scare maze's contain live actors?
Yes, all the Maze’s and attractions contain live actors, there will also be additional street theatre and roaming actors on the night. Failure to comply with this rule will result in ejection from Xtreme Scream Park without refund and refusal from future dates/events. Employees of Xtreme Scream Park and our hosts Twinlakes Park are to be treated with respect, failure to do so will result in refusal of entry. Offenders will be prosecuted, CCTV and sound recording devices are present throughout Xtreme Scream Park and within attractions.

Are the attractions/haunts/scare mazes outside?
Yes, the event is outdoors, however, the majority of the event is undercover and indoors - our 7 scare mazes are primarily indoors. We have huge undercover areas at the event with seating and cosy fire pits!

Will the attractions/haunts/scare mazes run if it rains or snows or the wind blows?
Yes – that’s just a typical English day/evening surely?

What time does the event start?
Attraction /Haunt opening times may vary, the park gates will open at approximately 18.30, with attractions opening shortly after usually by 19.00. Ensure you have enough time to do all 7 attractions and enjoy a drink and a bite to eat!

What time does the event finish.
Attraction/Haunts closing times may vary, later opening for attractions will be dependent on demand. Site closes at 22.00/22.30/23.00/23.30 Ensure you have enough time to do all 7 attractions and enjoy a bite to eat!
12.
Do children need to be accompanied by an adult?
No children are allowed to enter Xtreme Scream Park. Min age 14 years. Those between 14 – 17 years require an adult to enter (aged 18 years +) per party.

I am an expectant mother, can I go?
We strongly advise against entry into our attractions/haunts/scare mazes, there are tight spaces, uneven flooring and claustrophobic scenarios in which maybe distressing or cause harm to yourself and baby.
14.
Do you have stairs inside the haunts/scare mazes/attractions?
All customer walk routes are on the ground level and you will not be required to walk upstairs. Please note that uneven surfaces, flooring and steps are present around the park and inside our attractions. All attractions require the person entering to be ambulant.
15.
I have recently broken a limb and have a cast on or have recently had surgery?
We strongly advise against entry into our attractions on the basis that you could further impair or hurt yourself.

I have a neck and back injury?
Do not enter our attractions/haunts/ scare mazes

I want to bring a large group?
Large groups may be required to split into smaller groups when entering the attractions!
18.
Help, I am running late?
You may not have time to do all your attractions/haunts/scare mazes. However our XS team on the night can assist you and advise you on ques in order to help you maximise your time!

Is parking on site?
Yes we have ample FREE parking

How do I get to you?
Our SATNAV postcode is LE14 4FF, please aim to stick to main roads, not surrounding country roads. New SATNAVS such as Google Maps please search ‘Twinlakes Park’
21.
Can I smoke?
Please refer to the park guide for the designated smoking area. You CANNOT smoke in queue lines or inside attractions or anywhere other than the smoking area including the use of e-cigarettes.

Attraction/Haunts/Scare Maze/Entertainment closures!
Xtreme Scream Park reserves the right to close any attraction or alter any line up on the evening without prior notice. No refunds will be given due to any closures/changes.

Fancy dress, can I dress up?
No, so we do not confuse anyone with our actors

Policy regarding alcohol and drugs!
No one under the influence of alcohol and drugs will be allowed to enter the park, purchasing tickets and entering our event is on condition that you are not under the influence. Xtreme Scream Park and our hosts Twinlakes Park reserve the right to refuse if we deem you under the influence. Please be prepared for security and baggage checks upon entry, we reserve the right to check bags, pockets and refuse admission on the basis of attempting to bring drugs/alcohol into the park with no refund on tickets.

Can I bring bags?
Large handbags/rucksacks are not permitted inside any attraction. We do not have a baggage hold facility and do not recommend you bring large luggage items. Xtreme Scream Park does not take responsibility for damage caused to baggage in any occurrence.
26.
What should I wear?
Xtreme Scream Park is situated in a rural location, although great care has been taken to ensure pathways/car parks are free from mud/puddles we cannot guarantee you will not get dirty! We do not recommend you wear your best going out clothes! Our attractions are permanent year-round facilities, no damage to clothes will be compensated for in any circumstance what so ever. All theming inside the attractions is authentic for example metals, rust and fake blood are present throughout our attractions and can transfer onto clothing. Wrap up warm, some evenings can get chilly and queue lines are situated outdoors.

First aiders!
Xtreme Scream Park has first aiders present on all evenings. Entering Xtreme Scream Park is high risk; slips, trips, bumps and falls due to uneven flooring and low ceilings are possible. Xtreme Scream Park and our hosts Twinlakes Park accepts no responsibility, please follow the rules for all attractions and walk at a slow pace.
